About

Reduce downtime, every time.

Kinetra Industrial Solutions, LLC builds software that reduces automation downtime and increases annual production. The controller file stays on the computer that already has it.

Mission

Automation downtime costs manufacturers millions of dollars each year. A large share of that time is spent finding the logic behind a dropped output, not replacing failed hardware. Kinetra's mission is to return that time to production.

The objective for U.S. industry is higher output from equipment already installed. The method is faster, accurate troubleshooting, with no connection between the control network and the internet.

Founded in Tampa, Florida

Kinetra Industrial Solutions, LLC was founded in Tampa by an on-site controls engineer.

The limiting step in most callouts was not the repair. It was locating the tag, following the cross-reference, and identifying the rung that controlled the output. The delay was greatest on legacy projects: SLC programs imported into ControlLogix, routines longer than one thousand rungs, and indexed BOOL arrays that had to be traced to the instruction that wrote them.

The export stays local

A manufacturing program cannot be submitted to cloud AI chatbots. Those services require an internet connection. Many manufacturers prohibit any path between the OT network and the internet. Corruption of the automation system can shut a plant down permanently.

RungParse reads the export on the machine where the file already resides. Optional read-only Live view of tag values from Logix (EtherNet/IP) and S7-1200/1500 controllers (S7 needs PUT/GET access on the PLC, which you control; limit it to what your site allows). Never writes to the PLC. Live is off by default and needs a valid license. It connects only when you turn on Live, to read values. With Live off, the app makes no network connection.

Where AI is applied

Rockwell Automation Fair made the constraint and the opportunity clear. AI is the appropriate tool for explanation. It is not an acceptable path for the project file.

A problem-solving engine reads the export and records the instructions evaluated, the structure of the logic, and the reason an output is de-energized. AI converts that record into plain language for the engineer or technician.

Logix and TIA first

RungParse is in development, targeted for early 2027. The platforms it opens first are Rockwell Logix and Siemens TIA Portal. The file stays on the local computer.
